Shedd Classical 2022-23 presents five concerts with Michael Anderson and Alice Blankenship’s unique chamber ensemble microphilharmonic, which every year offers an eclectic mix of works from the Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and Modern periods. Each concert will be offered twice, first as a Sunday matinee followed by a Monday evening performance. In addition, we are pleased to welcome renowned the extraordinary Venezuelan pianist Gabriela Montero, who returns to Jaqua Concert Hall in March after far too many years away. Please join us.

The microphilharmonic series is eligible for The Shedd's Free Classical Music Tickets for Youth program, which makes a limited number of free admission tickets to select 2022-23 Shedd Classical concerts available to any student elementary through high school.
