Individual Package. Individual purchases of 4 to 6 different OFAM 2018 performances receive a ~10% discount and purchases of 7 to 10 different OFAM 2018 performances receive a ~15% discount. The Evening and Matinee Ticket Package prices represent a 15% discount. The Whole Shebang Package price reflects an approximate 20% discount.

Group Sales Discounts. Purchases of a group of 6-14 tickets to a single concert receive a ~10% discount. Purchases of a group of 15+ tickets to a single concert receive an approximate 15% discount.

Student Discounts. Students receive a discount up to 50%, depending on the show. College students must show a current student ID. Select OFAM 2018 concerts are free to students.

Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts are calculated per ticket and are rounded up the the nearest 25 cents. Student tickets are already discounted and cannot be used towards other discount options (packages, groups sales, special coupons, etc.).

Any activity likely to interfere with the performance or endanger others will result in immediate eviction from the premises.

No cameras, video or recording devices permitted on the premises.

Electronic devices, including but not limited to mobile phones, smart phones, tablets, may not be used in the concert hall during the performance.

Animals and objects likely to endanger others are not allowed.

Late arrivals will be seated at management’s discretion.

All Festival activities take place at The John G. Shedd Institute for the Arts. Concerts are in the 800-seat Jaqua Concert Hall. Lectures and films are in the 175 seat Sheffer Recital Hall. Ticketing and receptions are in The Gallery. On- and off-street pay & free parking options surround the building.

The John G. Shedd Institute for the Arts is located on the corner of East Broadway & High Street in downtown Eugene. Jaqua Concert Hall and Recital Hall entrances are on Broadway. Access for those with disabilities is through the black iron gates on East Broadway. Limited free evening parking is available in the lot immediately North of the building and there is nearby pay parking as well.

All sales are final.. No refunds except in the event of a cancellation. Claims must be made within 30 days after the performance was to have occurred and are limited to the ticket price.

Replacement Tickets. If you have lost your tickets, you may acquire replacement tickets for a small per ticket service fee.

Service Charges. Ticket orders are subject to service fees, which vary by facility.

Concert programs, featured artists, and venues are subject to change.

Everyone, including infants, must have a ticket. Ticket is only good for seat specified.
