Individual Package . Individual purchases of 3 to 5 different OFAM 2013 performances receive a ~10% discount and purchases of 6 to 8 different OFAM 2013 performances receive a ~15% discount. The Evening and Matinee Ticket Package prices represent a 15% discount. The Whole Shebang Package price reflects an approximate 20% discount.

Group Sales Discounts. Purchases of a group of 8+ tickets to a single concert receive a ~10% discount. Purchases of a group of 20+ tickets to a single concert receive an approximate 15% discount.

Youth Discounts. Youth high school & younger receive a 50% discount, except to Body And Soul jazz party (Thu, Aug 8).

Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts are calculated per ticket.
The Music Man preview (Aug 2) and youth tickets are already discounted and cannot be used towards other discount options (packages, groups sales, special coupons, etc.).

Replacement Tickets. If you have lost your tickets, you may acquire replacement tickets for a small per ticket service fee.

Service Charges. Ticket orders are subject to service fees, which vary by facility.

Concert programs, featured artists, and venues are subject to change.

Everyone, including infants, must have a ticket. Ticket is only good for seat specified.

Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks for any event for which a ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event.

Our home, The John G. Shedd Institute for the Arts, hosts festival concerts in the 800-seat Jaqua Concert Hall. Lectures and films take place in the 180 seat The Recital Hall. Ticketing and receptions are in The Living Room. On- and off-street pay & free parking options surround the building.

We use the Hult Center’s 2,400 seat Silva Concert Hall for many festival events and the Hult Center’s Studio for receptions. Structured pay parking is available west of the Center.

The John G. Shedd Institute for the Arts is located on the corner of East Broadway & High Street in downtown Eugene. Jaqua Concert Hall and Recital Hall entrances are on Broadway. Handicapped access is through the black iron gates. Free evening parking is available in the lots immediately North and NW of the building and there is nearby pay parking as well.

The Hult Center for the Performing Arts is located between 6th & 7th Avenues at Willamette Street.

Any activity likely to interfere with the performance or endanger others will result in immediate eviction from the premises.

No cameras, video or recording devices permitted on the premises.

Electronic devices, including but not limited to mobile phones, smart phones, tablets, may not be used in the concert hall during the performance.

Animals and objects likely to endanger others are not allowed.

Late arrivals will be seated at management’s discretion.
