Ticketing Policies
Everyone, including infants, must have a ticket.
Exchanges. Tickets may be exchanged (with 24 hours notice) or replaced for a $2/ticket fee. We do not offer refunds: tickets may be returned for a tax-deductible donation. Ticket orders are subject to service fees.
Concert programs, featured artists, and venues are subject to change.
OFAM 2012 Ticket Discounts
Individual Package . Individual purchases of 3 to 5 different OFAM 2012 performances receive a ~10% discount and purchases of 6 to 8 different OFAM 2012 performances receive a ~15% discount. The Evening and Matinee Ticket Package prices represent a 15% discount. The Whole Shebang Package price reflects an approximate 20% discount.
Group Sales Discounts. Purchases of a group of 8+ tickets to a single concert receive a ~10% discount. Purchases of a group of 20+ tickets to a single concert receive an approximate 15% discount.
Youth Discounts. Youth high school & younger receive a 50% discount, except to Brick Top's jazz party (Thu, Aug 9).
Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts are calculated per ticket.

Ticketing Policies
All sales are final.. No refunds except in the event of a cancellation. Claims must be made within 30 days after the performance was to have occurred and are limited to the ticket price.
Replacement Tickets. If you have lost your tickets, you may acquire replacement tickets for a small per ticket service fee.
Service Charges. Ticket orders are subject to service fees, which vary by facility.

Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks for any event for which a ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event.
The Shedd Institute is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sources or acquired from a second party.
Each Shedd Institute ticket is a revocable license; management reserves all rights.
